Since studying at Nagarjuna Institute between 2002-3(1st Batch) she has been working at the Manuski Centre, Pune, firstly as a librarian and more recently a social worker (completing her M.Lib and MSW from Pune University). As part of the Ashoka Dhammaduta programme, she is coordinating Pune based women alumni of the Nagarjuna Institute to help women from extremely socially deprived backgrounds to appreciate the significance of Dr. Ambedkar’s teachings.
